Traficode Ltd. (Company No. 517006268) operates a website for organic promotion using AI technology (hereinafter: "Traficode" or "the Company"). Main office address: 35 RaNaS Street, Kiryat Motzkin, Phone: 077-2200248.
The terms are written in masculine form for convenience only, but apply equally to all genders.
The binding version of the terms is the one published at the time of purchase. Traficode reserves the right to update the terms from time to time.
The customer using the site must be an Israeli resident, hold an Israeli ID, be over 18 years old, not legally incapacitated, and possess a valid Israeli credit card.
The site offers the use of an AI chat in Hebrew, allowing the creation of articles tailored to the customer's needs, aimed at promoting them in Google search results.
Please read the terms carefully, as browsing the site and performing actions on it indicate your agreement to the terms included in the regulations, which constitute a binding contract between you and Traficode.
A business day means Sunday to Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, intermediate days of holidays, or rest days. The business day ends at 17:00.
It is strictly forbidden to use the tools on the site in a way that infringes on anyone's copyrights, constitutes a civil wrong or criminal offense, defamation, violence, threats, discrimination, invasion of privacy, trademark infringement, design or patent infringement, or violates any law including but not limited to the Defamation Prohibition Law, 1965, the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, the Penal Law, 1977, or constitutes propaganda material, political or diplomatic messages, or violates contractual rights of any party or material whose publication is prohibited by law.
The company reserves the right to disqualify, delete, or terminate the subscription of a customer whose behavior, in its opinion, does not comply with these terms or attempts to interfere with the proper management of the site or its tools.
The order form must be filled out accurately with the customer's details such as name, address, phone, email, and payment method (hereinafter "Customer Details").
Upon placing the order, a check will be performed with the credit card company to obtain approval for the transaction. Upon receiving approval, Traficode will notify with an appropriate message about the order confirmation. It is clarified that the customer is charged for the subscription upon placing the order and with the credit card company.
If there is no approval from the credit card company to process the order, the customer should contact customer service by email or phone to resolve the issue. For the avoidance of doubt, Traficode is not responsible for damages caused due to orders that did not receive such approval.
Only after the customer's credit card details have been verified and approval has been received from the credit card company will the order be considered active.
With initial registration, you can try the site for free by receiving credits sufficient for creating 3 articles at no cost.
To clarify, credit = points for purchasing an article or for purchasing additional functions on the site. 100 credits are equivalent to one article.
If you wish to continue using the site after the trial, you can choose between the following three plans:
Traficode Ltd. may offer free trials for its Services. By signing up for a free trial, you agree that at the end of the trial period, unless you have cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees for the plan you chose. You will not receive a notice that your free trial has ended or that the paid subscription has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period to avoid charges.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US OTHERWISE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. By subscribing to our Services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal term at our then-current rates. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings.
All product prices on the site are in NIS and include VAT as required by law.
Payment will be made by credit card only.
The delivery times for articles on the site are typically between 5-8 minutes per article. However, the company does not guarantee delivery times, and these times are estimated only.
Cancellation of service orders on the site will be done in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 ("Consumer Protection Law"), and nothing in this policy derogates from it.
It is clarified that the customer will receive a trial package through which they can receive up to 3 articles.
It is clarified that the articles on the site are produced especially for the customer, and therefore the consumer is not entitled to cancel the transaction. However, the company will allow cancellation of purchases as detailed below.
Notice of transaction cancellation will be made by the customer in one of the following ways:
For the avoidance of doubt, non-use of a purchased service, in itself, will not constitute a transaction cancellation notice.
If a purchase under the site's plans is considered a continuous transaction, as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, you will be entitled to cancel the transaction at any time, subject to providing notice of cancellation in accordance with the provisions of Section 14i of the Consumer Protection Law. In such a case, the continuous transaction will be canceled within three (3) business days from the day you submitted the cancellation notice. From the date of cancellation of the continuous transaction, installment payments for the transaction will be stopped, your access to the site will be canceled, and you will be refunded a proportional amount equal to (a) the periodic payment amount minus (b) the periodic payment amount, multiplied by (1) the number of outputs you actually used during the renewed period, divided by (2) the maximum number of outputs available under the periodic subscription. If the cancellation of the continuous transaction is performed by you later than 14 days from the date of the transaction, you will also be charged for credit card clearing in the canceled transaction according to the amount the company will actually be charged.
After the free trial period, of course, the purchase can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase and as long as there was no use of credits at all and after notifying the customer service department. If there was use of credits, the proportional part will be refunded for the use of the number of outputs you actually used.
The company may, at its sole discretion and subject to compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, change this policy at any time and effective from the publication of the updated policy on the platform, with or without sending additional notice. You are responsible for regularly checking the information published on the site to receive timely notice of such changes. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you undertake to immediately discontinue use of the site. Your continued use of the site after the publication of the updated policy (or other notice) means acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms of the updated policy.
If you are a consumer with disabilities, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, you are entitled to cancel a distance selling transaction within four months from the day the transaction was made or from the day you received the transaction details, whichever is later, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 14c1 of the Consumer Protection Law, provided that the transaction engagement included a conversation between you and Traficode, including a conversation via electronic communication.
The company reserves the right to cancel a purchase transaction made by a customer including, but not limited to, in any of the following cases:
If a transaction is canceled for any reason, the company will not be responsible and will not be liable for any damage of any kind, including any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the customer or a third party.
The site and its contents are offered to the customer AS IS, and the company does not guarantee and will not be liable for their correctness, completeness, accuracy, and/or suitability for the customer's needs and/or purposes. It is the customer's responsibility to perform an independent check before using and uploading content to their site.
The customer is aware that adding materials/updating articles and/or adding images to articles are also solely the responsibility of the customer, and they must check their accuracy and copyrights before uploading them to their site/social networks.
The company is not responsible for spelling/writing errors, proofreading errors, errors in image placement, texts, and/or pages, and/or any other design error.
The company is not responsible for any use made by the customer and/or anyone on their behalf, directly or indirectly, of the articles and/or accompanying images, and they are solely and fully responsible for any use made of them and/or reliance on them.
The company does not guarantee that the use of the site will not be interrupted, will be provided regularly without interruptions, will be conducted safely without errors, or will be immune to damages, malfunctions, failures, or breakdowns.
The company and/or anyone on its behalf is not responsible for the accuracy of the content or for any damage - indirect or direct - that may be caused to the customer or their property as a result of using or relying on the content appearing on the site or its implementation.
It is clarified that the articles produced for the customer are products of AI technology, and therefore the company does not guarantee that the articles will be produced according to the customer's expectations and/or according to their purpose, and the company does not bear any responsibility in this regard, including if the customer suffers damages of any kind whatsoever as a result.
If, despite the above, it is determined by a competent judicial authority in a final judgment that the company bears any responsibility towards the customer, the compensation that will apply to the company will not exceed the usage fees collected from the customer.
Traficode does not monitor and cannot monitor all products in the system and will not be responsible in any way for such material, but it reserves the right to delete inappropriate materials from its computers if exposed to them and/or to act in any way it sees fit according to the violation and without derogating from the above, including preventing the printing of infringing materials. The company reserves the right to claim compensation and/or indemnification for any damage or expenses caused to it and/or anyone on its behalf and/or any third party as a result of any damage caused to it as a result of violating the above provisions.
The user must back up the materials sent to them, and the company is not responsible for recovering files that were damaged/deleted while in its possession, and the customer will not be entitled to any compensation from the company and/or anyone on its behalf if files are damaged and/or deleted.
The company may, but is not obligated to, store material and projects created for the customer and will be entitled to delete them at a time and according to its sole discretion.

www.traficode.com (hereinafter: "the website") is the full exclusive property of Traficode and serves as an internet platform for preparing personalized articles for the customer, for their promotion on social networks, all using unique AI technology. It is emphasized that all images, content, designs, and everything displayed on the site are the exclusive property of Traficode only, and any violation, publication, broadcast, sale, distribution, copying, modification, commercial or other use is prohibited and may lead to legal proceedings against those who violate Traficode's rights in relation to what appears on the site.
The company will periodically update the tools and distribute an updated version accordingly. The content of the version is subject to the company's sole discretion.
The tools and all written material are provided AS IS. The customer waives in advance any claim regarding the tools, software integrated into them, and/or the results of their use.

Traficode Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Services, to Traficode Ltd., or to third parties, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
The Services may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any part of the Services or any underlying information or technology except in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Traficode Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services, whether disclosed in writing, orally, or by other means. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, customer data, and technology information.
If you provide any feedback or suggestions about the Services, you hereby grant Traficode Ltd. an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose without any obligation or compensation to you.

The arbitration shall take place in Haifa, Israel, and shall be conducted in Hebrew. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND TRAFICODE LTD. AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both you and Traficode Ltd. agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.
The Services may integrate with or allow access to third-party products, services, or content. Traficode Ltd. does not control or endorse any third-party products and is not responsible for their performance, content, or any harm resulting from your use of such products. Your use of third-party products is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
The interpretation and enforcement of these terms and/or any action or dispute arising from them will be done in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel only.
Delay or failure of the company to enforce its rights under these terms will not constitute a waiver or prevent it from using its rights in the future, and it will be entitled to use its rights, in whole or in part, at any time it deems appropriate.
The Services are powered by generative artificial intelligence. Given the rapidly evolving nature of this technology, the Services may produce inaccurate information about people, places, or facts. Customer acknowledges, on behalf of itself and its Users, that it and its Users should scrutinize the veracity of any information included in Output from the Services. To the extent that Customer or its Users relies upon the factual accuracy of any Output, Customer acknowledges that it does so entirely at its own risk.
User access credentials are intended for use by the designated individual only and cannot be shared. Customer agrees to provide accurate, current and complete account and User information and to store its copy of the access credentials securely. Customer is solely responsible for managing which Users have access to such Customer Property and for all activity that occurs under its account. For any illegal activity or sharing login details of your account with others, Customer's account may be blocked or permanently deleted without any notice.
Traficode reserves the right to monitor the use of the Services for security and operational purposes and make modifications to the features and functionality of the Services during the Subscription Term. Traficode may immediately suspend or throttle access to the Services if (i) Traficode reasonably believes that a User or Customer is in breach of the Agreement; (ii) a User or Customer violated the Fair Use Policy, or (iii) if Traficode in good faith suspects that any third party has gained unauthorized access to the Services using a credential issued by Traficode to Customer or its Users.
Customer shall not transmit any Input to the Services or use any Output (collectively, Content) that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We strive to provide the Traficode Software as a Service Application (the "Service") fairly to all our Users while maintaining correspondingly high levels of quality. In order to do so, we maintain this Fair Use Policy which applies to all Users.
The Service contains many features with varying effects on shared processing resources and data generation. Under this Fair Use Policy, we establish—in our sole discretion— "outer-bound" parameters intended to maintain the quality, availability, stability, uniformity, and performance of the Service (the "Parameters"). Nearly all Users (95%+) regularly fall well within the Parameters. Exceeding the Parameters may result in (i) throttling or limitation of access to the Service, with or without warning; and/or (ii) additional costs as may be set forth in an applicable Order Form.
If our team or system determines that you fail to comply with this Fair Use Policy, we may first lock your workspace and issue you a warning. Continued failure to comply may result in account suspension or cancellation, at our sole discretion.
